On the OTC there is 862 CE companies out of a total of 11,000 and that is only 7%.

"The question is why the OTC is holding so many companies hostages under the CE banner?"

If you look at the list of CE companies, they all deserve it.

Pillsworth filed fraudulent Financials - and as soon as Pillsworth filed the 2022 Annual report the OTCM slapped a Shell Risk on CCTL.

Nothing will be done until Pillsworth is removed.

He hasn't accomplished anything of value.
