Believe me, MVNT is not a scam.

It may be just a small-time valve manufacturer, but definitely not a scam.

Scams usually have no operations, little to no revenues and little to no cash. In the past these companies could only survive by issuing shares for cash (dilution) or by obtaining cash through various loan obligations (e.g., promissory notes or other toxic loans).

So far MVNT hasn't engaged in any of these practices.

I have lots of worries about sufficient revenues and/or revenue growth with MVNT, but nothing that would rise to the level of a scam operation.
