I just got off the phone with Scottrade, and I asked him for a reason why I could not trade this. He said it was because it was on a list of restricted stocks. When I asked him why is it on the list, he reported it may be on the list because of the recent hacker trading that went on with e-trade. However he could not give me a good exact answer.

I also asked him about the after hour trading. He thought possibly it could be institutional buying. But again could not give me a direct answer as to why this after hour trading occurred. But after talking with him, I do not think it was HRHR buying after hours.

My impression: if the after hours trading was institutional based. Whomever is buying the stock made a deal with the market makers to "save" the stock for them at the low price. Which is why they were so desperate to close at .0004

However, this is all in my opinion.

I also asked him if the restriction would be released by Monday, and he did not think so.
