Well, we have seen this play out over the years over and over.
Lots of PR, Updates, etc. Milk that along for a Long time, act like we have big things coming.
Always selling shares to pay bills, pay for services and pay themself.
String investors along... but keep selling shares....
Then after a couple years or so, nothing they said they were doing has happened...
They keep dumping and throw out some recycled "Corporate Updates" just trying to keep investors interested.
Shares are getting low, nothing going on, everything pretty much falls apart again
They know soon they will need to get all, well the bulk of their shares back to keep this scam going
The dumping gets heavy, they try and prop price to maximize what they can get before they run out.
Then BOOM, they announce a RS.
Maybe another excuse they need to do this to get share price up to complete the "Uplist"
Then the quiet period.... What can they actually say... they just screwed everyone, got the bulk of their shares back.
We watch the share price drop every day... no value here, so down we go...
Once price way down, they are ready to start this all over... they had time to come up with more pretend deals, etc
Time to start putting out PR's, Updates on things they are pretending to do moving forward...
The Pumpers come in, trying to get others excited... you know, the float is so low a small breeze will make this baby pop..
A real company, real products.... (Yet no one can find or buy anything). They will be so relentless and positive..
They will say, I don't care about the past, Look at the potential here! lol
And the next couple years or so this new scam plays itself out..
Now knowing this, you can get in and out and make some money.... just know everything is lies...
They been doing this since 2006. If they actually ever really had any intention of running an actual business, they would have a decade ago.
But that would actually require work and dedication... Jim has figured a way to lead the good life without the stress of actually doing anything!
What amazes me is how he has been able to get away with this, scamming so many people out of their money for 16 to 17 years..
This forum here is like a time machine.... everything i have talked about is documented in here....
Just pick out random dates in the past and read a little. lol
