There's *supposed to* be an announcement of the next acquisition in as soon as a few days so yeah not generally a time I'd unload rn.

Given that timeline (IIRC), believe the 40 day period of DD - pre-acquisition - ends on Dec 26, so could come during the week pre EOY in just over a week or could take the week off & wait til Jan.
