Tax sales?
I'm not thinking anyone who bought recently in the 60s or 70s are turning around and selling for a tax loss
I'm betting they are still accumulating what ever sellers want to give them

Once they announce they have a workover rig on tbe site to open up those wells this is going to jump back quickly
