I don't believe the FDA cleared INGN to do anything. I do believe that one should take EVERY PUBLIC STATEMENT that INGN mgmt makes with a boulder-sized "grain" of salt.

Check out the Feuerstein articles on TheStreet.com. His take on INGN is actually less harsh than that of other writers and investors whom I've read or communicated with.
