There was a deadline and it has already passed. You stated openly there was no vote on 12/18 and to vote on 12/19 @ 10am.

I corrected you, because you were obstructing. One could vote weeks prior using the information provided in the shareholder notification. It provided instructions to submit your vote using proxyvote before 11:59PM on 12/18.

Since you are not a shareholder, you were not privledged with this information.
