$BLFR's new tweet! Series B Preferred Stock cancellation has been in process since December 8, 2023. Management has been waiting for the 6 Series B Preferred Stock shareholders to mail their delivered Letter of Instruction to the Transfer Agent signed and Medallion Stamped to then have the shares cancelled. Once BLFR has no Series B Preferred Stock issued and outstanding, management will be able to amend its Articles Incorporated to remove that class of Preferred stock.
