About two weeks until we get status update!! Based on the five major items Korenko said would be accomplished this quarter this update could be a pivotal moment in the companies future. Three of the five are the critical to getting a successful IDE submission. If Korenko's update declares the first three of the five listed below are done we should have a clear path to IDE submission. If he fails to provide an update on any of these after listing them clearly as expected accomplishments for this quarter the stock price will falter. If he claims 'next quarter' is actually Jan to Mar it will support the case for him being untrustworthy and will definitely affect share price. Because we all know he declared the rabbit study done then pretended he hadn't. I'm not sure if he thought we had forgotten it was done or if he felt he couldn't say what actually happened (the FDA jerked us around and lied to us) without making it look like he was criticizing the FDA. Either way he needs to be very careful about getting things right in his updates going forward.

If the get the first three done we should be good to submit the IDE the near-term. If he pretends that the 'next quarter' references in the Oct update was referring to next quarter (Jan - Mar 2024) and not this quarter (Oct - Dec 2023) we are hosed for several months. Most likely scenario is that they got some of the items done but not all. If we get the first two done successfully we could still see a nice bump up in share price.

1. complete the VX2 tumor injection testing (again) by testing 9 additional rabbits, submit the data for independent review AND write the report

2. completion of genotox testing

3. repeat the following already success tests to preempt the FDA from stringing us along: the polymer and hydrogel shelf-lives, the effect of radiation on the hydrogel, and the effect of polymer freeze-thaw cycles on the hydrogel properties

4. complete the final training certification step using high activity RadioGel™ in a full-dress rehearsal operating theater

5. completion of an experiment to determine if IsoPet is effective in treating caudal heel pain syndrome
