Looking at xanaxu's history of buying up shells and reselling, I don't think he resold this shell outright, but is controlling it though a subordinate.
Which allows these thieves to do stock churning from the background with a technically fake 'arms length' facade.
Maybe early next year we'll see a new name or fake product from this present 'owner'.

Because, you know, it makes perfect sense when you own a bar & grill pool hall to buy a stock shell from some guy who sells corp shells out of a tea store in LA.
