....I am a little uncomfortable with the FDIC and DO NOT TRUST THESE AHs.........I'm in bed with them on UWBI and other situations............
....but, in reality, we could still re-instate the BANK vs the OCC...............shareholders could get class action status, etc........would be complicated, but we could still go after the failed bank's RECEIVER (which shouldn't have happened) for that $600mm, just from sonterra/LIBOR alone......etc..................
.............I'm trying to put a positive, BIG DOLLAR spin on all of UWBI...............bobble................still have doubts, but the hints from the enemy are quite nice........we'll see..............
