....slightly off topic......but this stock was on my RADAR at $14 per, and heavily when it dropped below $10 per................seriously..................

(AHT).........$1.9550 -0.0450 (-2.2500%)..........traded at $40 in July of 2020....then $30 in August, 2020.................200 nice hotels in a REIT, including the Ritz in Atlanta, where I have stayed.......slipping but still nice..........lots of other high-end hotels...............................
....I would have put a few million into this monster less than two years ago.....100%............on margin.........and lost it all.....................hello...................

...as for AHT.....too much debt, the hotels need a revamp and ain't no cash.........Air BnB and VRBOs are killing basic, traditional hotels........BK BK BK BK.....
