....UBS is gonna pay up, sooner or later.........each passing day increases the dollar amount........on Sonterra/FDIC/LIBOR/sterling............FDIC says it has to get the ANTI-TRUST tag put on all of LIBOR.......UBS says no way and it will play the Neal Kumar Katyal trump card, Amendment 7 of the U.S. Constitution....(not sure how this would spring UBS, but it could in a twist, at the SCOTUS).....................
....both sides want a jury trial in Baltimore....................what UBS does not yet grasp is...............an ANTI-TRUST conviction, by a jury, could get the damages award tripled and result in EXPULSION from the USA..........all while UBS is trying to increase its presence in ameriKKKa.......................
