Don Layton has been anti GSE big time (Yes he was FMCC CEO), but he was always pro FHFA, Treasury (Probably suck-ass kinda CEO , kiss-up).. and his views on Senior Preferred or the Warrants were very well known.. Given the fact that he knows about them and hasnt mentioned anything about the warrants, but just the retained earnings.. Does it mean something - May be May be not.. No one knows how this will end

But I am not as certain on teh Warrants or the senior preferred, as the confusers of this board are.. Could i be wrong? Very well I could be, just like the other theorists who jump on the table that their way is the only way it will end..

SO I am willing to wait and take my chances.. If they exercise warrants, I do know that there is a group (pretty big in DC Area) who will try the legal route and they seem to be confident that they have a case that they can win..

Yes KT , I know you already responded back about this.. (What i said in the prior sentence) SO i can go back and read the same post again.. SO if you can refrain from responding, i would appreciate it... I would be even more pleased, if you block me :), making it a mutual block of each other...
