Sharp holds a larger position in $FORW than any other of his shells, therefore it makes more sense to put the most valuable asset into Forwardly.

Also, $FORW has been "cleaned up" already. The non-performing assets have been written down, and all the convertible debt has been eliminated! Now it will be a debt free, SEC Fully reporting shell, and the next transaction has already been identified.
