This is fcel’s time to shine…but they’ve bungled so many projects, I don’t have much confidence in them…

And this is Exxon….there are 2 scenarios…

One, Exxon let’s fcel be involved in the project…it goes well and Exxon signs them to a new hundred million dollar contract…

Or two, they let fcel be involved so if something goes wrong, they blame them and kick them to the curb…but if things go good, they still kick them to the curb and do it all themselves…

To me, the key is fcel getting signed by Exxon to a new contract…continued reluctance by Exxon doesn’t bode well for fcel…
