They were supposed to have used the preceding 10 day average trading price to determine the price of the warrants. In this case they did not use this formula and self dealt warrants 20,000% less than the preceding 10 day trading price average.

Imagine getting warrants of Tesla at 20,000% less than market. Where do I sign?
