....EXACTA---MUNDO, baltimore..............that's the entire issue here..........FDIC wants that statement of guilt, period, from UBS...............UBS says, we cannot do it...........admitting to anti-trust = could equal expulsion............and will, if from a jury.................remember, the Neal, 7th amendment trick..........????..................

.....so that is my suggestion..........to Sergio..........give the FDIC what it wants.............but get a waiver, or immunity from the expulsion option.........

.....this is very tough stuff, baltimore...........................UBS has a problem.....................gambling on a jury IS A HUGE MISTAKE..........sure, UBS could go free......but an inner city jury in an old poor dirty city in a federal court.....is a FAIL.......BIGTIME............even if UBS just handed the poor city $10mm...............
