So classic. I guarantee you Michaels will claim "usury" and never pay you back, even though "he set the interest rate".

He does this ALL THE TIME! He offers a very high rate as a lure to take the bait and do the loan. Then he makes one payment at best, then NOTHING. Eventually he claims "usury" and moves on to the next victim.
