Warrant dilution is not fun - but not death and if GOV owns regular (current type) common stock and wants max price - it can help in that way

SP/LP dilution is near death or death

I suggest worrying more about the LP/SP than the warrants. LP/SP at todays prices is 100B or ? shares -- warrants are 4B shares
