Wade’s 70 million shares at .02 is only $1,400,000.00. He owes Luiz 1.5 million$ You know the IRS will have a lien on his shares. They will get anything and everything first, if they are not dissolved before the open. It will be interesting to see how our lawyers play this. There has to be previous cases on this that they can refer to.
