It is VERY smart to be skeptical of the Douchebag CEO. He has lied about almost everything for about 15 years.

He lied about being able to supply Kings / MtheMovement with MILLIONs of $s of spider-ish silk in 2021, 2022, & 2023.

He lied about commercial production in 2022.

He lied about the website & apparel launch in 2022.

He lied about the $250K prepayment from Kings / MtheMovement.

He lied about uplisting to the NASDAQ in 2019-2020.

He lied about commercial production in 2019.

He lied about appointing an Independent Board of Directors in 2019.

He lied about being able to fulfill the Army contract in 2016-2018.

He lied about "scale & sale" and that "R&D .... is no longer necessary" in 2014-2015.

He lied about commercialization of Big Red in 2013-2015.

And those are just a few of the MANY, MANY LIES that the Douchebag CEO has made over the years….

Some will say that they weren't lies, but rather failures. And some won't even say that they are failures, but rather glitches. But the problem with that theory is that this has been happening CONSISTENTLY for about 15 YEARS.
