Of the 698 million shares issued from Q1 through Q3 we see that 454,279,436 issued sometime between June 14th and September 30th. Several have reported here that there has been no increase in the OS for October and November. The 698 million shares was to settle $116K in toxic notes so these note holders with shares at $0.00017 are making an obscene profit from these conversions. I would doubt that they would risk those profits by not following the rules for the holding period which would result in their acting as unregistered dealers. An activity that the SEC has been litigating with these toxic lenders. Links to posts below regarding this subject for those new to this ticker.

But... there was a ton of dilution not only the first 9 months but also the last 3 years.

The Securities Act of 1933 requires all unregistered securities acquired directly from the issuer to be held for at least six months, which is why a six-month timeframe is often given as the holding period on toxic debt.

It would appear that roughly 454,279,436 shares hasn't even vested yet. Those shares should begin to become eligible sometime next week and run for around the 110 day period according by the issuance period estimated. An unknown is how many of those currently eligible have not been sold yet.

August 4, 2023 1,134,572,435 less June 14, 2023 790,292,999 = 51 days and 344,279,436 shares issued
November 1, - 1,244,572,435 less August 4, 2023 1,134,572,435 = 57 days to beginning of October 110,000,000 shares
