My JPEX price prediction once $16M offering completed.

My method for computing a "fair" price for JPEX is very simple.

I am assuming market cap will be equal to the cash generated from the $16M offering.

Formula is as follows: Market cap (MC) = market price per share (sp) times number of outstanding shares (OS).

So, sp = MC/OS = $16M/5.672 billion shares = ~$.0028/share
