I have no idea what his angle is but his emails were polite. Guessing that shareholders in Neb. are upset with the lack of movement over the past few years. Mark using the word 'imminent' since Dec.2019 and the office in Tecumsah being vacant 4 years later is not a great source of optimism. They have not been out in the media eye for quite a bit and the CC's and dinners with the locals have disappeared. They cannot hide next month unless they cancel the AGM again. Just lay out why you could not find a partner so far and why you combined forces with a less than reputable outfit that hung you out to dry. Where do we stand going forward and how confident are you things will turn around. The stock price has crashed and they need a spark to get it going again.

It has been a trying few years for everyone.I do not think any of us thought we would be in this position except a few posters. I sure as hell thought we would have been financed as early as Jan.2020.
