Yes, there was a court case that referenced CATV, but it wasn’t the court that decided anything. The case that started this whole thing hasn’t even concluded yet, so that right there rebuts your point. It’s Michael having the control block and not being involved with Svorai or others that allowed this CE to be lifted. Regardless of what CB has in the sticky, nothing against Michael is proven or even mentioned in any of this, but that post is a whole other issue. All this is at the discretion of OTCM, not the US judicial system; they’re still working on Svorai and some of his cronies.
