1. Less increases in productivity - for whatever reason - do hold down wages
2. The tax system - which does collect most of its income from the top 20% - needs to collect a TON more from the top 1-2-3-4 % - big time and reinvest in schools and pre school and many things that are considered key public goods for the working middle class
