well, the markets are closed now - I was wondering if we had any lesson's learned today. As expected, DANS dropped, our rockets cooled off (might should have taken some profit from HEMI) and I'm pretty frustrated with my stock account. I sold some stock this afternoon after about a 22% profit and tried to buy up some CHNW only to learn it wouldn't let me do it. I guess I have to wait until Monday - Maybe one of these days we'll have accounts with 6-7 figures in them and they let us do whatever we want to do...I can dream.
we need to all live together in a commune on the DeJong land and get our trading lincenses and real-time quotes and do this stuff for a living...It would be fun to see the 4 of us in a room together each on our own computers screaming and throwing beer bottles - that's the life, if you ask me.
KMCP had some movement today - it actually went up a little bit, I wondering if BillyBobTimmyMattFredJohn (whatever farlane's name is) still wants to make a play on that - I would like to get into it as well...
After I get some more experience in here - a few months - I think I'm totally going to start shorting as most of my activities. It seems everyone is too optomistic around here. And to short - you don't even really have to time the market - you just wait until after a huge run - so it's already signed for you the time to get in. Are short sellers thought of less around here...even less than penny stock players?? Just wondering if I'd be run off this board for those thoughts, but I might try it and see how it goes - it would be a learning experience at least.
Several stocks did go up today includig NVMG, RGNO, but they seem to have more room to go - what you are you guys thinking on these - since you got in so low anyway, might as well ride them out - RSDS dipped a little bit - seems like a buy opportunity - maybe - let me know what you think. Boy NVMG took off and then cooled, typically Friday action. Never a dull moment...
The good news is that everyone around here still has tight asses and we still look good...btw, the MRS just got back from the ultrasound place - it's just one baby - 11 weeks, still can't tell the gender, though I don't think we're going to find out anyway.
