Who knows ? I wouldn't be surprise BB came to realize he didn't have many choices and gave in, I believe Tom had offered some money I think to buy the patents, so maybe BB and Faro reached an agreement ? Tom gets the patents,BB and Faro get a payday, shareholders get to be the bag holders ?
