I can hear a pin drop lately? Would be, will be? Nice to see the pps moving higher before years end! Jmo I guess now days there’s no way the government moves fast! Years ago they created some great COE parks! But not sure if they could even come close to what their predecessors achieved!! Jmo The length of time needed to approve a permit, you would think Sfrx was wanting a permit to drain the ocean!! Instead of just wanting to recover what was lost at sea centuries ago! Crazy! Jmo
