Robert how in the heck is FnF going to "address the affordable housing shortage"???

Does FnF control state and local ordinances; zoning regulations; interest rates/the Fed; builders; supply/demand; the incomes of home buyers?

NO.

I'd really like to understand how a lender is going to create 'affordable housing'.
