Mitsui voted for all executives of Bioamber Sarnia to resign he accepted in confidentiality to give up it's equity in Sarnia plant for $1 because he was given in return the access to be licensee to Bioamber's patents and a distributor of bio-sa just like an owner, I understand this company better than you who is a lawyer, Bioamber shareholders are not stupid including Mitsui who I believe owns 28+M Bioamber shares I found in sec filings
