Arizona Lithium Limited (ASX: AZL, AZL0, AZLOA) (the Company) requests an immediate halt in the trading of its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 December 2023 when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
