They claimed $58 billion..somewhere, maybe on twitter. doesn't matter, if words to that effect came from STAL directly, that signifies blatant fraud.

They have no claims, and have done no work that might allow them to claim the $3 to 5 bn in reserves that they have put out in past news.. I'm not going to bother again perusing their SEC filings, but I do recall numerous claims that warrant SEC attention.
