Usually takes a few days to take off(if it does)ppl short it because it’s new and it doesn’t go down anymore so they cover,(even a lousy company can have 1 good bounce)really needs tutes buying for it to go up big,but most of them have rules on new company add time limits.I got really lucky with CAPT very few talking about it anywhere when I bought (wasn’t even a board on here)very risky,if shorts want to destroy it,they can!!
