I have to believe it's in everyone's interest for XTI and INPX to simply honor the contracts/agreements with XERI and settle this insane dispute. I've now read every page of the Complaint, including the Exhibits, and XERI makes a very strong case. It's hard to see how the merger can proceed with this hanging over their heads. Who would want to invest in an entity that could instantly be bankrupt due to its own greed and unethical behavior?
