Off the top of my head Covid 19 actually hit hard around March of 2020. Which was when price gouging and that shit happened.

if you're from Rode Island you would know that winter/spring of 2020 was smack dab in the middle of the initial Medrecycler application/review period. Were you not following the historical facebook posts. facebook photos show pyrolysis equipment already in the facility, that the company was already paying 200K per year, to lease, without a DEM license....in March/April 2020.

and you surely know the initial RiDEM denial date and appeal denial date....right?
