Don't see any of that even being proposed in the court records of Immune's Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. Know why? Because it's being liquidated and shut down. It is already shut down and substantially liquidated, only person working on it is the Trustee.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
