There's only been 2 parties that ever had any interest whatsoever in the patents....since their invention near 20 yrs ago.....and that would be Digi-phony-ca and vplm......and both of them could not wait to get rid of them immediately after obtaining them. Now THAT'S funny!!! Then....later on.....when vplm said that every voip service provider out there was automatically an infringer....then it took vplm a real long time before they had the balls to send out infringement letters (since the shareholders were clamoring for that to be done) and when they finally did, they sent out something more like love letters that shyly said the companies "might be" infringing and urged them to take a look/see. I remember that.. And ea and every company denied infringing and in so many words, told vplm to go pound salt! And even NOW when allegedly, according to the lol, experts, we are soooo close and with such a patent friendly judge and of course, IN THE BEST POSITION EVER...STILL NOT A SINGLE LICENSE PURCHASED OR ANY SORT OF SETTLEMENT THAT THEY'RE NOT TOO EMBARRASSED ABOUT TO EVEN REVEAL OR REWARD THE SHAREHOLDERS WITH AND NO PATENT SUITE PUCHASES!!!
