The vast majority of the "selling" is the transfer agent moving shares onto the market through OTCN (diluting). The OS was 32,663,986 on 12/08/23. We will see how much they have diluted since then the next time they update it, but my guess is we are around 40M now.

Don't get me wrong, that is still a tiny OS for an OTC stock, but unless they balance out the dilution with news that brings in new buyers (buyers that buy at the ask price), the price will continue to drop.
