Actually Jiddy - I did call that # , as I have many time in the past, and . . .

I was greeted with a very friendly, automated voice msg that invited me to leave a msg, and
someone would get back to me as soon as possible.

Note; Most companies use an automated answering service to great people, and
re-direct them to the person they wish to speak too.

Sometimes a person answers but, quite often I get an outgoing msg!
