Since a trade on the ticker never says "buy", "short", "sell" or "cover" it would be a good idea to accept the fact that the green transactions are either "buys" or "shorts" (especially in light of the one-tick rule) and the red transactions are either "sells" or "covers". Just friendly advice to take or leave.

I am surprised it has not bounced back up, which suggests more strongly that this is being traded on algorithm autopilot. They have the resources to make consistent profits on these small channels between 1-10 ticks. Not a lot of Nasdaq stocks trade in the penny range, so it's an opportunity for the large funds to play their computer games.
