Artizen Founders hold 85% Economic Interest!

The Founders of Artizen control the company, not Riss.

The spin off made sense if it had been done in short order, but the Audit took too long and the sizzle is off the steak.

Time to announce a cancellation for now of the spin off and clean up balance sheet of PVSP including buy back of shares at this level is a no brainer.

Really no need to do the spin off, they could just change the name of PVSP to Artizen Cannabis and be done with it.
