Someone in a big group posted the 5B AS and scared them...it's really irrelevant because the revenue to support the growth and most new AS is under a 18 month non-dilutive lock up period. Legally they had to raise the AS as a SEC filer to make room for the preferred and cd should they be exercised....later on.
