I agree and that will pay down a ton of debt....The 5B AS increase was to make room for the cd/s & preferred shares if deployed...LEGALLY for a SEC filer this has to be done. BUT IMO THEY WILL NEVER BE ISSUED WITH SUBSTANCIAL REVS...DONT NEED TO. This scared a lot of people away FOR NO REASON...the stock trades on air...they have an 18 non-dilutive agreement in place as well for the increase.
