IMO, it won't get to .0001. A reverse split will likely be needed before it hits that. Dennis admitted he's having trouble getting funding and DPLS needs funding real bad. He had to lend the company $40,000 out of his own pocket. With little to no funding at the current sp, I don't see how a reverse split will be unavoidable.
