Lots of distributors to supply Kroger.com products versus actual Kroger physical stores. Cvsi could be considered a distributor for Kroger.com and use a 3party fulfillment company to build the brand online. Mostly all natural products for all Kroger physical store banners currently flow through(are distributed by) Kehe and dpi.

To note, dpi and Kehe have explored and are prepared for the addition of Cbd to food products, but they are going to follow federal rulings.
