I don't disagree that it would be helpful to have more communication from GS. Not only on the point you make about exactly what FINRA is requesting, but also on what the original deal was with FINRA when he withdrew his appeal. See - I'm reasonable. But that doesn't mean FINRA isn't going to approve the name/ticker changes. Now, be straight with me - why are you here so regularly on the message board of a ticker that you don't own, don't intend to own in the future, and don't like its prospects?????
