I'm saying that all anyone knows here is that FINRA has requested more information. What that info is - no one here knows. How much time GS has to respond - no one here knows. Is this information that is being requested something GS can even provide - no one here knows. That's all there is to it. To imply that you know that FINRA will never approve is pure deception. Anyone who implies that they know that FINRA will approve is pure deception.

Now, tell us why you're really here. You don't own GVSI, don't intend to buy it, and post here very regularly. Why would one do that?????
